Sterling Silver Ring with a Stone Setting

This introductory course is perfect for those who have always wanted to learn jewelry making, but never had the time or opportunity! During this one day course, you will learn to create a beautiful sterling silver ring with a unique semi precious cabochon stone that you can wear home, or give as a special gift. In the creation of this ring, you will learn to saw, solder,  texture, and set a stone.
 
 All materials are included in the class fee.

Instructor’s name:
Courtney Lynn Kelly is a Stillwater resident and a graduate of Oklahoma State Universities Jewelry/Metals program. She often works with india ink on wood combined with acid-etched sterling silver. Her work is meticulously detailed and vibrantly painted. She is influenced by folk art, scripture, poetry, and her travels to New Mexico and France.
