DESCRIPTION:\NIn this four-week session, kids will learn about the stages of the ceramics process. They will learn hand-building with coils and slabs and will be introduced to the wheel. There will be projects for each learning phase and studies with texture through stamps, carving, and glazing.\NInstructor's name \NJennah MacIntyre graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor in Architecture and a minor in Studio Art. Is currently working toward becoming a licensed architect. Outside of work, she likes to do creative things like pottery, yarn spinning, knitting, and others. She has been doing pottery for five years now and it has become something that she loves to teach others about.
