During the first session, Dustin will teach students valuable knife skills, how to measure ingredients, and even give kids the inside scoop on professional kitchen talk. Together they will make a chef salad and vinaigrette. The second session of the workshop will be led by Jacqui and will give students an opportunity to create their very own casserole recipe.
