This eight-week session provides students who have already taken the introduction to pottery the opportunity to continue to work on the wheel.  Students will hone their skills by learning techniques such as making lidded vessels, adding texture, and furthering their knowledge with glazing. \N*There will be no class on October 11th . \N\NInstructor's name:Kim Bryant - Nurse by day Potter by night. She has been throwing for several years and continues her love of pottery exploration through fellow potters. She is always learning and trying new ideas. \N \NCourse title:               Adult Pottery \N \NAges:                           18+ \N \NCourse Dates: Thursdays, September 6th - Nov 1st  6pm-9pm *There will be no class on October 11th.             \N \NTuition:                     $175 members, $225 non-members\N \NSupplies:20lbs of clay will be supplied. Students should have a basic toolkit or may use the art center's kits. All glazes will be supplied.
