Kitchen Skills & Create Your Own Casserole Workshop for Young Chefs

Calling all young chefs! Come learn with the pros! TS Fork's head chef Dustin Charter is teaming up with local chef and educator Jacqui Savage to bring this two day workshop to life. During the first session, Dustin will teach students valuable knife skills, how to measure ingredients, and even give kids the inside scoop on professional kitchen talk. Together they will make a chef salad and vinaigrette. The second session of the workshop will be led by Jacqui and will give students an opportunity to create their very own casserole recipe. They will pick their veggies, protein, starch, and seasoning to make an original dish to take home to the family!

This class /workshop is a prerequisite for taking any of Jacqui’s cooking classes.
