Calling all artists! Our HOLIDAY POP UP Art Shops will be November 16th this year. Shopping will be outside and we hope to have Good Little Eater and Red Barn Coffee join us as usual. We will be offering a Free Making Activity inside and Stillwater Farmers Markert will also be onsite. Interested artists can sign up NOW!

How much does it cost to be a artist at the Pop Up Art Shop?
Booth spaces are 12x17 and cost $40.00. We do not provide tables or chairs for booths. We also have a limited number of single 6 x 2.5 tables for $25.00. Artists are expected to sell their own handmade work. All spots will be assigned prior to loading in. We are not able to upgrade or downsize your reservation last minute.

- If renting a table (vs. a booth), we provide the table and two chairs

- Marketing through social media and our own mailing list
Can I share a space with another vendor?
Yes! We request that you make those arrangements prior to submitting your application. The names on the application should include both businesses represented. Uploaded photos should also be representative of all of the products that will be sold at the Pop Up Art Shop. We request that no more than two vendors share a space. When you apply, indicate which business should receive the invoice.
Scheduling: When do Load In/Out
Load in begins at 9am on Saturday, November 16th.
All vendors must be set up by 10am.

Load out should not happen until after 1pm on Saturday.
If we have bad weather, we will move everyone inside with one table per shop.

We do not give refunds for cancellations by the artist. When Oklahoma State University closes due to inclement weather, the Center does as well. In this case, we will apply your fee to the next available date.

Prairie Arts Center advertises with posters, social media, grassroots partnerships and traditional advertising. We encourage Prairie Arts Center artists to advertise their presence at the event as well.

- A brief description of what you will sell at the Pop Up Art Shops
If you do not send Prairie the above information, you will not be guaranteed your date. If you need help with pictures, please reach out to our staff for assistance with your photographs. Prairie will confirm your application once we have received all the materials requested.
Please note: Artist-vendors who participate in the Pop Up Art Shops are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner with other artist-vendors, members of the public, and Prairie Arts staff. We also request that artist do not bring animals while they are exhibiting. Failure to adhere to these basic expectations will result in exclusion from future Pop Up Art Shops at Prairie Arts Center.
