Embroidery has so many diverse stitches for decorating pieces, and this class will cover some basic filling stitches for adding texture to your pieces. Whether you want to add trellis stitches, block shading, herringbone, or something different like buttonhole stitches, we will cover several fun options in this class.

 

Marianne Weber has been a knitter for 10 years and has been exploring other ways to enjoy fiber arts!  

Class Day and Time:
Wednesday, September 23, 6:30pm - 8:00pm
*The instructor will be wearing a mask and participants are required to wear one too.

Tuition:
$20 session

Ages: 16 and up 

Embroidery hoop (size does not matter)

Any woven fabric (cotton or linen is great)

Embroidery floss like DMC

Embroidery needles

Optional: thread wax

Scissors

Pen and paper
