Instruction will include students’ skills in the areas of general properties of clay, throwing on the wheel, and glazing. This is a class that will allow you to get your hands dirty, make mistakes, and get the feel of the wheel. No previous experience in clay is needed for this class. Upon completing this class, students are eligible for instructional open studio time.

Instructor
Buck Dollarhide is a professional potter who has been teaching art for over 35 years. He minored in Studio Art at OSU and studied ceramics under OSU Professor Ron DuBois.

Wednesdays, May 4th -  May 25th, 2022, 12:30pm - 3:30pm
or Wednesdays, May 4th -  May 25th, 2022, 5:30pm - 8:30pm

$125 members; $150 non-members

The course fee includes 10lb bag of clay, basic tools, glazes, and firing.
