The newly crowned winners of our Put Your Art On It t-shirt design competition. Congratulations to Finley, age 9, of Edmond, and Lily age 10, of Stillwater! We are so excited to get the t-shirt production underway! Lily and Finley will receive three complimentary t-shirts each and the chance to see their artwork walking around Stillwater (and beyond). T-shirts will also be available for order for $15 each. The proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts will go to our scholarship fund, helping students in need attend classes and camps at a discounted rate. Thanks to all who participated!

Mya's Promise second Saturdays at Prairie Arts Center is being conducted virtually right now in order to keep everyone as safe as possible. As always, we invite children living with special needs and their families to participate.

From the early days of the pandemic in March, 2020 to the close of the calendar year, Prairie Arts Center offered to take Porch Portraits for anyone in Stillwater interested in helping us capture this very unique moment in our personal and shared histories. The concept was simple: for a few minutes at a set time, everyone in a household gathered on the porch (or deck, stoop, community yard, etc.) and one of our photographers took photographic portraits from a safe distance. Our aim was very simple- to document, memorialize, and capture our community during an unprecedented time. We were very aware of being a part of history and wanted to do what we could to remember and celebrate the resilience of Stillwater and its citizens. The images taken comprise our virtual Porch Portraits gallery.
