Book Stack Embroidery Workshop
Keep track of your reading list or pick your favorite books with a book stack embroidery design! We will learn back stitch and filler stitches such as satin stitch to decorate our books and you will have the option of adding your own titles to the design! We will also go over everything from transferring the design to finishing the project. No experience required!
Rug Tufting Tuesday Nights
This class offers an opportunity to get up close and personal with the newest fiber arts phenomenon - rug tufting. We will provide your frame, your tufting cloth, your choice of four different yarn colors from our selection, and your tufting machine, as well as an instructor to guide you through it! By the end of the two day class, you’ll have a fully tufted rug. You can choose a design from our preselected options or create your own design! After the workshop we will finish the backing of your rug for you, and they will be available for pickup right back here at the PAC.
Woven Coasters Workshop
Learn how to make your own woven coasters using a lap loom! We will learn the entire process of warping the frame, planning our designs, choosing yarns, and finishing the project. You will leave with your own usable cotton coasters that you can take home and enjoy.
Words and Quotes Embroidery Workshop
Join us in learning embroidery techniques while creating a fun quote design! You will get to choose your quote or words while learning transfer techniques. A multitude of embroidery colors will be provided by the instructor. Through the process, you will learn various stitches for embroidery that will add style to the design! No previous experience required.
