Beginning Fused Glass
Join glass artist Candy Beth Michalski for our inaugural Beginning Fused Glass class. In this two-day class, you will learn basic safety protocols, how to cut glass, layering techniques, and the basics of fusing in Quick Fire Kilns. Projects will be based on students' interests with several examples given. Class fee includes 2 8x10 glass sheets, access to plenty of color glass scraps, materials, and firing. After this class, you will be eligible to participate in our glass open studio.
Glass Fused Nightlight
Who does not like a Nightlight! Design something special for your little one’s bedroom or a fun accent to your hallway. Make one fused glass pane and turn your special design into a nightlight perfect for gift giving or adding to home. Glass Artwork must fire in the kiln overnight and be picked up on Saturday, September 18th.
