This two-day screen-printing workshop is designed to give beginners the opportunity to try out a new medium and get a taste for how screen-printing works. You will create a 9 x 12 image, either hand drawn or traced from a printed image, that you wish to print. Come prepared with ideas and/or images! Once your image is created, you will learn how to expose it onto a silk screen and then use the screen to make a set of prints. Paper is provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like to print on something specific. If you like this class, we offer a more in-depth beginners' course that qualifies you to come work in the print studio!
