  • Painted Shoes Workshop

    Have you ever wanted to design your own shoes? Now you can! Kick your shoes off and join us for a fun workshop. Students will bring a pair of white canvas shoes to decorate with acrylic paint and sharpie markers. Any shoes that are canvas will work.

    My name is Kate Allred and I currently teach art at Perry High School. I was born and raised in Kansas, and I graduated from Kansas State University with  degrees in Art Education and Pre Art Therapy. 

    Teaching and making art is my passion. I like artwork with lots of expression and color. In my free time I like to paint, quilt, walk, read, and chase after my three year old son. I am married to an amazing husband who makes me laugh every day!
