Introduction to Ceramics with local artist Kim Bryant

In this course, students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of hand building techniques as well as throwing on the wheel. Along the way, they will learn about the physical properties of clay and how to properly use the tools of the ceramics studio. Students can expect to form and glaze several of their own unique and functional objects over the course of the workshop.

Instructor
Kim Bryant is a nurse by day, a potter by night. She has been throwing for several years and continues to learn and grow through her explorations and with the help of her fellow potters. She is always learning and trying new ideas.
