The Art of the Southern Cone: July 9th-12th

In this week of art camp we will have fun creating artworks inspired by the artists and artistic traditions of Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay. From the mysterious cave paintings of Patagonia to the street art of Santiago, Chile, the artworks of the Southern Cone will be our guide for creative exploration and fun!

Each week students will create works inspired by the history, geography, culture, and art of a different country or region below the equator. Each 4 day camp will include a combination of two dimensional and three dimensional projects, and will be divided into a 6-10 year old age group and an 11-14 year old group. As always, we will learn a lot, play, explore, and expand our understanding of art and the world around us!
