Painted Layers – A Mixed Media Experience
In this creative, process-centered series, you’ll create two original 10x10 artworks on cradled wood panels using gelli printing, mark-making, stenciling, and layering with painted and found paper elements to build rich, textural compositions. Each week introduces a new mixed media technique—focusing on color, contrast, visual composition, and creative rhythm—to help you build expressive, cohesive works of art.

Join us for an immersive beginner Procreate class, designed to introduce you to the essentials of digital illustration using Procreate. Over two 2-hour sessions, you'll explore the basic tools and features of the program, and then apply your new skills to create a stunning graphic fall landscape. By the end of the class, you'll have completed your very own illustration, which we will make into a 11x17in print for you to take home.
