The goal of Open Studio is for students to work freely on their own projects within a flexible schedule. Open Studio is open to students that have completed Wheel 1 or Handbuilding. During these hours students may come in and work. This is not a led class, but a working studio where questions can be addressed to instructors and peers. We hope to create an environment where students can experiment and get creative while having a community of support!

Every Third Tuesday | Drop-In Style | 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Join us at the Prairie for Pull a Print, a free monthly screenprinting activity open to all! This come-and-go event invites community members to bring a personal item—like a shirt, tote bag, tea towel, or other flat fabric—and screenprint it with one unique design created for that month. Keep in mind the design is approximately 12 inches x 12 inches and we use dark inks to print. That means items should be lighter in color and large enough to accommodate the design.

Curious about American Mahjong but not sure where to start? This two-day introductory class is designed to guide you through the fundamentals of the game in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Participants will learn the basics of American Mahjong, including tile recognition, game setup, turn order, and how to read and play using The Big Card by The Mahjong Line. Instruction will focus on understanding the card, building hands, and developing confidence in gameplay.
