Instruction will include students’ skills in the areas of general properties of clay, throwing on the wheel, and glazing. This is a class that will allow you to get your hands dirty, make mistakes, and get the feel of the wheel. No previous experience in clay is needed for this class. Upon completing this class, students are eligible for instructional open studio time.

Abstract Screen Printing
Come learn about and enjoy this fun, loose style of screen printing! You will use stencils, screens, and ink cards to build up layers of color to create a fun abstract monoprint. You can go further with your completed monoprint to create cards or other paper objects.
Lino Stamped Bandanas
Come print a pattern onto a bandana using lino carved stamps! There will be an array of stamps to choose from or you can carve your own. The cost of the class covers two bandanas. You will be able to choose the color of bandanas from a selection and print them with your choice of white or black ink.
Grilled Cheese Day Screenprints!
Make some prints for Grilled Cheese Day! We will have some cheesy designs ready made for you to print. You’ll get to see how the screen is made and then try out printing on your own! With help from instructor.
