Calling all aspiring painters! Our Introduction to Acrylic Painting class with Mark Crow is the perfect opportunity for you. Mark will guide you step-by-step through painting an abundant vase of roses, focusing on techniques that balance a relaxed approach with semi-realistic details. Join us for an inspiring session where you can experiment, learn, and create in a supportive and fun environment.

Discover the art of hand building in this beginner-friendly class, perfect for those who want to explore the tactile and creative possibilities of working with clay—no wheel required! Under the guidance of a professional ceramic artist, you’ll learn the foundational techniques of pinching, coiling, and slab construction. Throughout the course, you’ll work on instructor-designed projects that highlight each of these techniques and help you develop and refine your skills step by step. All students will work on the same projects at the same pace, ensuring a cohesive learning experience and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive personalized feedback.

 

Glass Open Studio is available for students who have completed the Introduction to Glass Fusing and/or the Introduction to Stained Glass class. The goal of the Glass Open Studio is for students to work freely within regular open studio hours with the equipment they have been trained to use. This is not a led class. We hope to create an environment where students can experiment. For glass fusing users, instructions are given on how to have pieces fired during class. Instructions are also posted in the studio. For students wanting to work bigger than 15x15, please reach out for additional information.
